What keeps me going?
When self-doubt creeps in, I remind myself that no one can take away the experience, expertise, and accolades I have accumulated over my seventeen years of being a DEI and anti-racist practitioner. I have realized that I am my biggest critic. I am a work in progress but over the years, I have learned to believe in myself and my capabilities.
